Tidiyo sells oral hygiene and personal care products for personal use only.

  • Products must be used strictly as per instructions provided.

  • We are not responsible for misuse or improper handling.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, once the product seal is opened, it is strictly non-returnable.

Customers with medical or dental conditions are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

  • Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian tax regulations.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.

A valid tax invoice will be provided where applicable.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be processed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

If you select Cash on Delivery:

  • You must ensure availability at the delivery address.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via phone before dispatch.

  • Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable).

Fraudulent or intentionally refused COD orders may lead to order restrictions or legal action.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location.

  • We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The seal remains intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Opened hygiene products are strictly non-returnable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

  • Brand name

  • Product descriptions

  • Images

  • Graphics
