Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Tidiyo. We value your trust and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The original seal must remain intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be in its original packaging

⚠️ Important:
Once the product seal is opened, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with opened or broken seals

  • Used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (if replacement is not available)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
